Obtained his law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus (1997).

Master´s degree from the University of Illinois, School of Law (2002).

His practice is focused primarily on foreign investment, general corporate matters, financial transactions and operations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and real estate projects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

·       Participation in the negotiation and execution of management, guarantee and equity trusts contracts.

·       Participation in the negotiation and execution of construction and services contracts, lease agreements and other contracts related to the construction of commercial and office real estate projects.

·       Participation in the purchase and sale of commercial and industrial operations, including transactions involving the sale of shares, equities and assets.

·       Representation of investment funds in the acquisition of new businesses.

·       Counseling clients in the negotiation of joint ventures and agreements between stock holders.

·       Participation in the negotiation and execution of the restructuring of debts and financing agreements.
